Her escape plays out in the most unbelievable fashion. Stuffed into a laundry bin, she slips past the workers, who complain about the lack of guards. Moments later, she somehow winds up in Malibu—as if she traveled through a secret portal—despite the prison being nowhere near the most expensive coastline in the state. These off-screen leaps make her escape feel even more absurd.

While Electra Forrester and Will enjoy quiet time at the Malibu beach house, thrilled that Luna is finally behind bars, Luna hides in the shadows watching them kiss. After stealing fresh clothes, she waits until Electra leaves, then slips into the house. Will is horrified to see her. She has the audacity to claim she “just had to see him,” as if she were simply in the neighborhood and wanted to drop by.

At the same time, the jail guards finally raise the alarm, realizing Luna is gone. Her entire escape—from basket to Malibu—happens off-screen because, frankly, it strains logic to its breaking point.

Will recoils in disgust, but Luna pushes closer. She tells him she loves him, that they are meant to be together, and insists they will be a family once she gives birth to his child. Will is revolted and immediately prepares to call the police and notify Electra.

Electra, working with her aunt Ivy Forrester, receives the alert just as officers rush to Malibu.
