This week on Bold & Beautiful, Ridge convinced Brooke that she should step back into the spotlight — and her lingerie — by breathing new life into the Brooke’s Bedroom line. Although it took some convincing, she eventually agreed. The only thing left to do is give the long-popular line a splashy re-launch… and what better place to do it than in Monte Carlo, home to more than a few Forrester fashion shows!

However, there could be a fly in the ointment when Steffy finds herself unable to find her passport, leaving Forrester’s pilot to keep her from boarding. While Ryan Stroud has made several appearances in the past as trusted pilot Trevor, this time around a face pretty familiar to many viewers will be piloting the private jet: Tom Arnold.

As revealed by Us Weekly, the actor — perhaps best known as the ex-wife of Roseanne Barr — will be joining the show for several episodes slated to air on Tuesday, July 30, and Wednesday, July 31.

“It was great fun,” he told the outlet, comparing fans of the long-running soap to those who are passionate about another popular pastime. “I started going online and listening to fans argue about certain things,” he shared. “It’s like sports!”

Arnold is no stranger to the soap genre, having appeared on General Hospital as Billy “Baggs” Boggs back in 1994. Then-wife Roseanne also appeared, playing Jennifer Smith, the lovelorn ex of the legendary Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary).

Like that long-ago appearance, Arnold’s turn as Captain Deuce Stevens will bring some comedy to the drama. Look for Stevens to give Steffy a hard time regarding her misplaced passport. “It opens the doors for some hilarious stuff,” he reports. “It’s very funny because things are so dramatic that it lends itself to comedy.”

Of course, should Deuce prevent Steffy from joining Ridge and Brooke on that flight, he might soon find himself on her bad side… which would be no laughing matter!
