According to Soaps Spoilers, Victor seeks out Adam at Society to enlist his help with a critical task at Newman Media—taking down an adversary ruthlessly.

Adam explains to Victor that he’s waiting to discuss his son Connor with Chelsea. Understanding the situation, Victor assures him that he only needs a few minutes of his time to discuss the urgent matter.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Victor begs Adam to take the CEO job at Newman Media.

Adam refuses. He doesn’t want to be a pawn in Victor’s games. He expresses his disappointment in always being sidelined by his dad.

Victor informs Adam that he’s not a pawn in his game. He’s an ally, one that he needs in power to handle the task at hand.

That’s when Victor tells Adam he needs someone ruthless to help him defeat an enemy. He made Adam swear not to repeat his plan to anyone, especially any of his siblings.

Adam will likely accept the job. He longs to be accepted and viewed as a member of the Newman family. However, taking the job could put Adam in the middle of a Newman family war.

Nikki does not want Adam to run Newman Media. She had hoped Victoria would take over for a few months to give herself time to ease back into work. She told Victor that she absolutely did not want Adam in her position.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Nikki will come unglued after she discovers Victor convinced Adam to take over Newman Media.

Victor likely won’t reveal his plan to his wife, causing her to conclude Victor is punishing her for her close friendship with Jack.

It’s all leading up to Nikki and Victor separating briefly. Nikki won’t realize that Adam is only in the position to get the job done.

She will assume Victor is angry with her and taking her career away from her out of spite.

Y&R fans, do you think Adam will take the job? Will Victor & Nikki split up? Keep watching The Young and the Restless, airing weekdays on CBS and streaming on Paramount Plus.
