Cater And Katie Are Over? Off-Screen Break-Up Causes Drama

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) have officially called it quits without ever showing viewers and mentioning it until one line that Katie said.

It was a pretty disappointing moment and showed how much faith the writers had in that relationship.

In a random line of dialogue, Katie explains that Carter was her last relationship. It took a lot of us by shock and we’re still not entirely sure how this could have happened, especially off-screen. We know that Katie had her crush on Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), but when hasn’t she? Would that really have caused an end to her relationship with Carter?

However, did it even matter? While many were confused and shocked by this news, no one was really heartbroken over it either.

The show never really gave the duo a chance on-screen and when they were together it felt dull and boring. So, maybe the writers did us a favor by not showing us the break-up. How many people would have fast-forwarded through it anyway?

While it was a bit shocking, we weren’t troubled by them calling it quits. In fact, it clears up a lot of space for Katie to get involved between Bill and Poppy Nowaza (Romy Park) which is something we think people are dying to see.

Bill and Katie belong together in the end, so, it will be interesting to see if the writers slot her in next to Bill again.

B&B Spoilers – Is Katie Jealous?

It’s weird that just a few months back in the timeline, Bill expressed his love for Katie but she was enamored by Carter too much apparently that this small moment passed.

Now with Bill and Poppy in the driver’s seat, we can easily imagine that Katie is envious of Poppy’s relationship with Bill.

Katie will inject herself directly in the middle of their situation and find a way to discredit or strip Poppy away from Bill for herself.

However, that may be a bit tougher to do now that it seems as though Bill has found someone he truly cares about and is the mother of his newfound daughter. That’s a tough battle, but one we think Katie is prepared for!
