During the week of December 1-5, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will make a pointless reunion pitch that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will promptly turn down.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will also turn down Cane Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) attempt to sell him Arabesque for cheap since he’ll want to wait until Cane’s truly crushed.

Since an LA crisis will require Victor’s attention, that’ll give Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) a chance to plot and carry out a drastic effort to save Jabot.

It turns out Jack will want to take the company offline and ensure that Victor can’t strike with the AI program.

Jack will plan on this shutdown lasting three months or so and will hope that’ll be enough time to get a better grip on the situation.

Speaking of getting a grip on the situation, that’ll be Victor’s goal when the Newman jet lands in Los Angeles.

Victor will throw some major threats at Matt Clark aka “Mitch Bacall” (Roger Howarth) before finding a way to get the upper hand.

While Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) get stuck in a tricky situation, Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) will try to free themselves from captivity.

However, Matt may pop up before Sienna and Noah have the opportunity to make their getaway.

Y&R spoilers say Matt will put some serious pressure on Noah, who may finally confess the affair and swear he’ll do anything if Sienna, Sharon and Nick remain unharmed.

Back in Genoa City, Cane will find himself stuck in the middle of Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) hostility.

Jack will also catch up with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and decide to let her in on a big secret.

It’ll require putting some serious trust in Nikki, so will Jack leak the Jabot shutdown news and explain his tactic?

Elsewhere, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will seek some leverage.

The goal will be to score an advantage over Victor, so Diane and Kyle will get sneaky to make that happen.

As for Audra, she’ll get under Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) skin and provoke her in a big way.

Claire will have a wild meltdown, but it may be nothing compared to the one Matt will have in Los Angeles!

The week of December 8-12 will bring Matt’s temper tantrum and some sinister moves, but the Newmans will ultimately think they’ve got him neutralized.

Once the LA story twists in a new direction, it’ll reach a natural stopping point that sends Victor, Nick, Sharon, Noah and Sienna to Genoa City.

Although it’ll seem like the storm has passed, a new one will actually be brewing thanks to Matt’s imminent return to GC.

Matt will sneak back and ambush the Newmans when they least expect it!

In the meantime, Victor will get updates on Jack’s offline Jabot decision, so he’ll inevitably do some brainstorming and try to find another vengeful path forward.

Finally, we should talk about a very special episode that’s set to air December 9.

According to TV Guide, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Fenmore Baldwin’s (Tracey E. Bregman) 20th wedding anniversary will take center stage.
