Dylan Penders has found Bear Wolf (Picture: ITV/Metro)
The following article contains spoilers from an episode of Emmerdale that hasn’t aired on ITV1 yet, but can be viewed on ITVX.
Everything changed in today’s episode of Emmerdale, as Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle) made a major discovery in the attic on Celia Daniels’ (Jaye Griffiths) farm.
Dylan has been dealing drugs for Celia and Ray Walters (Joe Absolom) for most of this year. A few days ago, he met Celia for the first time when she instructed him to head onto the farm.
Celia confronted Dylan about the possibility of him being the person who told the police about drugs being moved through the depot. Dylan lied through his teeth, but remained unaware the conversation left Celia somewhat curious about him.
Celia got Dylan back to the farm in today’s episode and told him to beat a young lad called Robbie with a bat. According to Celia, Robbie was the rat among the group, and he needed to face some violent consequences. Dylan held the bat in his hand, but couldn’t bring himself to attack Robbie. For Celia though, this was a perfect result to the test she had set up.
The evil woman later explained to Dylan that she’d like him to take on a managerial role within the operation, and use a slave called Mick as the person who administers violence on those who do him wrong.
Dylan was so focused on what Celia was saying, he failed to spot Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) working in the background. The young man was then instructed to go into the attic to check on Robbie, who had been attacked by Mick.
Robbie was in a terrible way. Dylan tried to tend to him, but got distracted when a man walked in behind him.

Suspicious, Dylan got up and approached. To his horror, he knew exactly who it was. He called Bear’s name, and he was taken aback by the fact someone on the farm knows he isn’t called Ted.
This is the first time a resident of the Emmerdale village has become aware that Bear has not upped and left for a new life elsewhere. Due to the fact Dylan lives with Bear’s son, the risk of him revealing the truth has suddenly increased tenfold.
So, what could happen next as this dark story takes another turn?
Let’s take a look.
Bear and Dylan take down Celia together

Dylan was told by Celia that she runs an operation on the farm that sees her help vulnerable people who were living on the streets. She did her best to make it seem as though she is running a beneficial scheme, covering up the fact she is taking advantage and exploiting these adults.
Given the fact Dylan knows Bear was living a happy life before he left the village, will this lead him to realising Celia is actually responsible for something a lot more sinister?
If so, Dylan could work with Bear and develop a plan that sees Celia’s world fall apart.
However, given what happened the last time Bear was involved in a plot to leave, could history repeat itself?
Bear refuses to leave

When fellow slaves Mick and Simo told Bear about their idea to escape the farm, he eventually joined in and got them the keys to the attic door. However, right at the last moment, Bear told Ray about the plan. He told Mick and Simo that Ray and Celia look after them, and that it wouldn’t have been fair to suddenly leave.
Is Dylan capable of convincing Bear to escape so he can return to his family?
Or will Ray and Celia’s manipulation stop Bear from leaving again?
Celia and Ray learn of their plan first
We know that this week, Celia will also learn of who Bear really is. Depending on how quickly she can work with Ray, it’s possible the duo will discover Bear and Dylan’s plan to leave and plot to stop them.
And where stopping them is concerned, quite literally anything can happen.
Can’t wait for the next twist?
