The Home and Away star, 45, appeared in the sci-fi blockbuster as Dujour, alongside Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss, Laurence Fishburne and Hugo Weaving.

And her look – and wardrobe – was eons away from Summer Bay’s beloved Leah Patterson.

‘Ada Nicodemou in The Matrix got me so flustered as a teen that I couldn’t watch Home and Away the same ever again,’ one eager fan has reminisced.

‘To see Ada in that movie was a blast. I grew up thinking she were the most beautiful lady in the world,’ another fan gushed.

In the cult hit, Ada sports an edgy look that consists of a bold up do, with a blunt fringe.

She memorably wore a latex black dress, with silver rings stacked around her neck.

Ada once told Woman’s Day there was a time when she almost walked away from Home and Away.

She admitted she struggled with her role on the popular show in her early twenties.

‘I was exhausted and I just didn’t want to be doing a show, I just wanted a break,’ Ada admitted.

‘But 20 years later, I’m still here!’ she added.
