Byron Bay house prices are skyrocketing due to the influx of Hollywood stars and musicians to the NSW coastal town.

And in what must be an increasingly familiar sight to locals, Chris Hemsworth, his brother Liam and fellow actor Isabel Lucas were spotted chatting at a trendy café on Wednesday.

Chris and Isabel, who previously dated between 2005 and 2008 while co-stars on Home and Away, looked relaxed during their morning coffee run.

The Avengers: Endgame star appeared cheerful as he engaged in conversation with Isabel and his younger brother.

Liam, 29, sported a grey hooded top and navy shorts, and concealed his gaze behind designer sunglasses.

Chris lives in Byron Bay with his wife Elsa Pataky, 42, and their children: seven-year-old daughter India Rose and five-year-old twin sons Tristan and Sasha.

Speaking to Domain in May last year, Chris said that moving from Los Angeles to Australia in 2014 was ‘a very good decision’ for his family.

He explained: ‘There, I can be with people and talk about things that have nothing to do with the film business. That’s almost impossible in Los Angeles.

‘Living in Australia allows me to be away from a world where you can lose touch with reality sometimes.’

Just like Chris, Isabel relocated from LA to Byron Bay in 2016, and travels back and forth between Australia and the U.S. for work.

In an interview with The Daily Telegraph in 2017, Isabel spoke about enjoying a quieter life in the coastal town.

‘I feel I am happy here, I want to be around my family more, my sister lives in Byron,’ she said.
